Recently Kristina became the first female to break into the top ten in the Coast to Coast Longest Day this backs up her 12 place last year to confirm her status as the top female multisporter in New Zealand.
The first female in the inauguaral Length of New Zealand race 2001 as well as 9th overall out of 68. Currently a member of team Seagate who have been winners of virtually everything in adventure racing in the last few years.
Kristina has been a Multi-Sporter, Runner, Kayaker for nearly 10 years. "I have been described as a ball of life with unstoppable enthusiasm. My commitment and determination is made all the more powerful by my competency and physical prowess. I love sport in the outdoors; in fact I live and breathe sport and the outdoors. But, nothing stimulates me more than being able to pass on to sporting colleagues, lessons learnt from experience."
She uses BCAA, Endurance Athlete, Squeezy, Enduro Booster, she especially likes the squeezy in a racer or slingshot container as it fits neatly into her race jacket so she can refuel while still running or paddling or climbing over the next boulder.
