Ross Morrison

Ross Morrison is a young orienteer who has recently stamped his status on the world stage.
Ross has been orienteering since a very young age and has represented New Zealand since the age of 11.
He has competed at two Junior World Championships, four World Championships and one World Games.
Ross is a two time NZ elite champion.
Ross’s specialty is the sprint distance. In 2009 Ross won the illustrious JK sprint in the UK and achieved a NZ best of 10th place at the World Games in Taiwan.
Ross is studying in Auckland which gives him plenty of time for training. He is aiming for a medal in the Sprint Distance at the World Championships in 2010 and even higher merits in the years to follow.
